considering open-heart surgery for their dogs or cats in Japan.
Before Contacting Us
Japan has strict animal quarantine requirements. Depending on your country or region, preparation may take more than seven months.
Please check whether your pet can meet the requirements before requesting a consultation.

How to Request a Consultation

Please send the required information and medical records to:

If your medical images, videos or other files are too large to attach to an email, please upload them using TransferNow and include the download link in your email.
Please make sure that all files are clearly labeled with the owner’s name and the pet’s name.
We accept inquiries in Japanese or English only. We are unable to respond to inquiries in other languages.
Consultation Fee
A consultation fee is required for our veterinary team to review your pet’s medical records and assess whether surgery may be appropriate.
Please pay the consultation fee using PayPal or Transfer wise:

Consultation fee: 100 USD
After payment, please email us the following information:
- Name of the payer
- Date of payment
- Owner’s name
- Pet’s name
Additional fees may apply if further review or more than three rounds of email correspondence are required.
Please note that payment of the consultation fee does not guarantee that your pet will be eligible for surgery.
